In the old days, the emphasis was primarily on producing good products. Nowadays, the surroundings and the whole environment are becoming ever more important. And when companies talk about environmental protection you should listen closely, since talk may or may not be followed by action, and this becomes clear quickly.

Trüb Emulsions Chemie recognised this trend very early on when it was founded in Ramsen, right on the German border with Switzerland, in 1978, and the company proceeded to build up a core competence in the development of water-based paraffin and wax-emulsions, acrylic, acrylic/styrene dispersions, polypropylene and polyethylene-dispersions, heat-sealing dispersions, and primers. Since then these products have developed to become an essential aspect of flexible packaging in the food industry. However, that is not the only industry to have discovered the many advantages of our environmentally friendly water-based products.
